Jackpath is a lottery companion application that provides tools for number generation (using astronomical, numerological, and other methods), ticket scanning, result tracking, and portfolio management. Jackpath does not sell lottery tickets, operate gambling services, or guarantee winning numbers. We are a utility and entertainment application. Number generation features are for entertainment and personal meaning.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 years old in states where required for lottery participation) to use our Service. By using Jackpath, you represent that you meet these age requirements and are legally permitted to participate in lottery games in your jurisdiction.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

Basic features are available for free with usage limitations as described in the app.

Premium Subscription

Premium features, including Lucky Day Forecast, mystical number generators, and full number attribution, are available for $9.99/month. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to their payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Winnings

JACKPATH DOES NOT GUARANTEE WINNING LOTTERY NUMBERS. All lottery games are games of chance. Numbers generated by our Service, whether through Quick Pick, astronomical, numerological, or other methods, are for entertainment and personal meaning. They do not increase your odds of winning. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

Not a Gambling Service

Jackpath is a utility application. We do not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, or operate gambling services. Users must purchase lottery tickets from authorized retailers.

Accuracy of Results

While we strive to provide accurate lottery results, we are not responsible for errors or delays. Always verify winning numbers with official lottery sources.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality, including JackpathAstroCore and the Zhumakanov Method, are owned by Jackpath, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jackpath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or winnings, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jackpath, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
